The purpose of the Boxing Club is to foster the growth and appreciation of the sport of boxing as both a sport and recreational activity.

The Mansfield University Boxing Club provides an opportunity for conditioning and competition that helps promote physical and mental well-being through the science of boxing.

From 1923 to 1954, boxing was the No 1. Varsity sport at Penn State. Boxing is no longer an NCAA sanctioned sport, but the tradition created at Penn State still continues as a club sport with a competitive team option through the National Collegiate Boxing Association (NCBA).

The Penn State Harrisburg Boxing Club is devoted to helping develop character, self-confidence, self-defense, physical health, individual achievement, and teamwork through the sport of boxing. We welcome students, staff, and faculty, of all skill levels, interests, and backgrounds; and we encourage every individual to be the best they can be, physically and mentally, through a structured, professional, safe training program. We strive to be an exceptional sport which embodies the spirit of Penn State Harrisburg athletics.

The Boxing Club's purpose is to offer students an opportunity to learn the fundamental skills of boxing and to compete intercollegiately with students of similar ability.

Develop Warrior Leaders of Character through the sport of Amateur Boxing and compete at the highest level possible. We compete at intercollegiate sanctioned events as a member of the National Collegiate Boxing Association. The team travels about five times a year and hosts one home show. We compete regionally and nationally with schools such as Penn State, Lockhaven, VMI, Navy, Air Force, UNLV, Reno, California and Michigan, to name a few.

The ISU Boxing club is a member of the National Collegiate Boxing Association. The NCBA's philosophy and rules seek to provide a boxing outlet for student athletes with little or no experience. The program emphasizes the teaching of fundamental novice boxing skills while studying.

Visit us at Mega Fair on August 27th or the Club Sports Fair. Tryout Week will start immediately after on Thursday at 4pm. We will be meeting at Withrow Court on the second floor. Bring your running shoes and be prepared to have your body and mind fully tested to see if you have what it takes to be a Miami Boxer.

Ohio State Boxing club.

Boxing started at the Naval Academy in 1865 by Superintendent, Admiral David Dizon Porter. Boxing was treated as a casual recreation activity from its beginning until 1919 when the Navy appointed a thirty year old boxer from Baltimore named Hamilton Murrell Webb, but everyone affectionately called him "Spike."

Our goal is to teach students the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and competitive environment. Members of the UC Boxing Club have the option to train for fun or fitness only, without the pressures of competition. Those interested may compete.

KU Boxing Club is open to students who want a solid workout, overall fitness, proper technique, and we welcome both those wanting to be competitive and non-competitive.

Our purpose is to teach Carolina students the fundamentals of boxing. We offer non-contact club workouts to all members of the community on Mondays and Wednesdays during the school year. These workouts cover three areas of boxing: cardio, strength and conditioning, and boxing technique.

Xavier's boxing club is a fun, friendly environment where students are able to get a great workout, build friendships, and learn the sport of boxing.

The boxing club mainly began competing in local boxing shows in 2007 before joining the National Collegiate Boxing Association (NCBA). Our goal is to expose the CSUN community to the sport of boxing and to compete against other universities.

Tryouts are at the beginning of every Fall & Spring semester of the school year, but we accept members all year around. Tryouts are held at the P.A.L. Boxing Center, for directions, go to the gym link . We allow a 2 week trial period, dues must be paid after this period if you are interested in the club.

The Boxing club is made up of SCU students who have an interest in keeping fit, learning self defense, and training to fight competitively. No experience is necessary to join the club; in fact, most of the members are totally new to the sport. For those who wish to take their skills to the next level, the competitive portion of this club participates in intercollegiate bouts, representing SCU at the regional and national level. Former Wing Open and NCBA national champion Blake Baldi is beginning his first season as the head coach of the Air Force boxing team. Baldi, a 2005 Academy graduate who previously spent four seasons as an assistant coach with the Falcons, is just the third head coach in the NCBA-era history of the boxing program.

Established in 1916, Cal Boxing is the oldest continuous intercollegiate boxing program in the nation. The club is open to registered Cal students, male or female, with little or no prior experience. Students will have the opportunity to learn boxing skills, train as a competitive athlete, and compete against other universities around the nation.

The UC Davis boxing club competes in the National Collegiate Boxing Association (NCBA) Western Division. The team competes primarily against schools in Northern California and Nevada. Open tryouts are held every quarter. Members of the team will be trained by coach Hector Lopez - a former USA Team qualifier.

We offer a wide variety of combat sports on campus, many of which compete in local and regional competitions. All clubs practice on campus and are taught by properly trained instructors. Recently, USF has produced national champions in both boxing and judo, as well as many tournament medalists in Brazilian jiu jitsu and taekwondo.
